If there is a school shooting and you have access to a firearm or wait for the police.Unfortuntaley times have changed. Before you say no, go through one of these events. If there is going to be access to firearms then there MUST be training for all that have access.

The issue before the 9th Circuit was whether Judge Carter ruled correctly when he dismissed the case, finding that most plaintiffs had no standing and that competing candidates could not bring a political question before the court.That was the only issue of "merit" before the 9th Circuit. There was no ruling on eligibility by Judge Carter so there was no appeal of a ruling regarding eligibility.Eligibility was not before the 9th Circuit in this case.
